Large Suzani Cushion Cover from Uzbekistan - made from an authentic vintage Suzani embroidered textile with a side zip - we love the unusual large size and decorative embroidery on this unique cushion cover. This Uzbek suzani cushion measures approximately 68x70cm, perfect for a splash of colour on your sofa or chair, creating a timeless decorative interior for your living room. Suzani means needlepoint in Farsi and the background fabric of these textiles is usually either cotton, velvet, silk or satin with silk embroidery. Often pen is used as a marker for layout before embroidery starts and occasionally one can see some of the original pen outline which is normal for original pieces.
