Returns Info For Online Purchases (UK)
Time to Return
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online from YASHAR BISH, please email us within 7 days to notify us that you are returning an item. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. All items to be returned within 14 calendar days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Items purchased online can also be exchanged at our Brighton shop within within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. We extend our returns policy for Christmas Gifts purchased on our website during December and items must be received by us no later than 7 January. If an order is refused and/or sent back undelivered, delivery charges are non refundable.
Condition of Returned Goods
Goods should also be returned in their original condition, un-used and packed in a manner to protect the package when in transit. Where applicable items must include all attachments and accessories. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts (from an online purchase) then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.
The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. Underlay is non-returnable as we will have cut it from a roll to a specific size). Earrings are non-returnable.
We photograph our rugs in a controlled environment using a high resolution camera after which they are processed using a professional photographic program called Lightroom, we do our utmost to get as accurate a colour representation of the rugs as possible, however device screen resolutions, calibration, age of screen and quality can affect the way that photos and colours are seen on each device/computer. In addition, a rug can look quite different depending what light you are looking at it under in your home ie daylight, artificial light, etc. We are happy for you to return your rug (purchased online) for a refund (within our normal time frame of 14 days) if the colours are not what you expected however we do not refund any outward or return postage costs.
Where to Return To
We recommend customers insure the parcel for the value paid for the items being returned, as it would be the customer's responsibility should the item go missing or for any damage incurred. We will normally issue your refund on the day we receive the returned goods (it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account by your bank).

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to exchange goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 calendar days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
