Despite everything going on around us, we continue to deliver excellent customer service and are always around to answer your questions. We have temporarily closed our Brighton Shop to the Public however we continue to fulfil online orders as normal to the UK & Internationally.  We are also carrying out ​Free Virtual Appointments - more info here. We are easy to contact by email and we reply to your questions quickly!

FAQs: your questions, answered

Is still operating and despatching orders?

Yes of course! Our website continues to be fully operational and we are carrying out our usual super fast deliveries to our UK customers. There are no issues with our UK couriers so you should receive your order within a few days excluding weekends. If you would like to receive your order on a specific day, please email us in advance and we will endeavour to despatch according to your request (excludes weekends during Covid-19).

International parcel deliveries are largely continuing as normal, indeed many services are even faster than normal! In some very restricted areas there may be short delays of one or two days on top of usual delivery times.

Is Collect from Shop still available?

Our "Collect from Shop" online service is still offered at checkout however we will email you to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect from our shop respecting social distancing at all times.  For local customers we may be able to drop off your purchase, again respecting social distancing at all times.

Is it still safe to receive parcels?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

How can I return an item?
