Authentic small semi antique hand-knotted Turkish wool rug from Malatya, an apricot growing region of Eastern Anatolia. This one of a kind, traditional rug from Turkey measures approximately 53x101cm (1.9 x 3.3½ft). We love the gorgeous warm autumnal colours and soft wool.  Hand woven - 100% Wool on Wool.  Rugs from Malatya tend to have excellent soft and superior wool quality together with bold, simple designs.  (This piece has very slightly curling corners).

As these pretty rugs are small they can be used in many places around the home; by the fire, in doorways, small rooms or something luxurious to step out of bed onto!  All of our Small Turkish rugs are Village made and have lovely soft wool pile, beautiful colour combinations and are around 40 to 50 years of age.
