10922 Persian Afshar Rug 93x113cm (3.0½ x 3.8½ft)

A handmade, hand-knotted Persian Afshar Oriental Rug. These authentic Persian carpets come from the villages around Kerman in Central Southern Persia and usually have either geometric or floral designs. These rugs are usually quite finely woven by the Afshar tribes which have Turkic origins and they are mostly woven with a hand spun wool pile and cotton warps. This traditional Afshar Rug measures approximately 93x113cm (3.0½ x 3.8½ft) - we love the all over design, woven mostly in red with hints of blue scattered throughout.
