10965 Vintage Tribal Persian Sirjan Rug 54x65cm (1.9 x 2.1½ft)

Small original, hand-knotted Persian Sirjan Oriental Rug. These authentic Persian Carpets come from the villages around Kerman in Central Southern Persia and usually have geometric designs but some of the smaller pieces are floral or have all over patterns. They are usually quite finely woven by the Afshar tribes with hand spun wool pile and cotton warps. This traditional vintage handmade Sirjan Rug measures approximately 54x65cm (1.9 x 2.1½ft) - we love the rustic nature of this one together with the very unusual colour way and all over design.
