This gorgeous Turkish Hand-woven Kilim is from Antalya, Southern Turkey. This traditional kilim rug from Turkey is an original semi-antique nomadic piece circa 1970s and measures approximately 89x148cm (2.11 x 4.1ft).  Woven in wool on wool - we love the striking design and unusual colours in this pretty kilim rug.

This area is renowned for its excellent kilim weaving traditions and beautiful kilims have been produced in this region for many years.  Wool kilims from this area use fine, hand-spun wool and the colours are likely to have soft terracotta's, ochre's and burnt oranges but generally softer colour ways with geometric designs.
