Absolutely beautiful Kurdi Ghouchan (Quchan) Persian Carpet from the north east Khorasan Province of Persia, south of the Turkmenistan border. These authentic nomadic, hand-knotted weavings have really lovely soft wool with fabulous colours, they stand out from the rest! They typically have geometric Turkoman designs, in some cases not too dissimilar to Baluch designs, and are hand-knotted wool on wool.

This Oriental handmade Kurdi Ghouchan Rug measures approximately 177x318cm (5.9½ x 10.5ft) - this is one of the most beautiful pieces we have ever sourced - the colours are like jewels, beautiful reds and greens and stunning design - something like this is so unique and never to be found again - wish we had a space for this in our home!!!
