Extra Long Over Size 6 meter Red Afghan Runner Rug - Hand-knotted traditional Aq Chah Pile Rug for corridors and hallways. These narrow Afghan rugs are woven using rich red wools and generally woven in Northern Afghanistan in the region of Aq Chah as well as in the border regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan.  100% authentic and hand made with a wool pile; the fringes (warp) are normally grey wool or grey or off white cotton. 

These rugs are strong, sturdy and practical with the traditional "elephant's foot" Bokhara design and are good value for money.  This original hallway runner from Afghanistan measures approx 83x597cm (2.8½ x 19.7ft) - excluding any tassels - Newly made.  It's rare to find runners this long! Find out more about Rug Designs Here.
